I’m not one to fish in February very much but this winter has been amazingly warm. Took an all day (10 hour) fishing trip for a friend’s birthday on the 4th and experienced warm weather (layers had to be shed mid-day), sunny skies, calm seas, and a boatload of fish (no pun intended!)! Brought a ton of amberjack and vermillion back to the dock and had fun reeling fish in all day. I don’t get to make it out on charters very much myself anymore (mainly reserved for paying customers these days), and it was a great reminder of what an amazing experience it is. If you’ve never done a full-day deep sea fishing charter before, I highly recommend you add it to your bucket list and book one ASAP! Pictures from our day:
